Returns Policy
At YOYOGI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase — however, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind. We offer a 10-day return window, meaning you have 10 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase available.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note: Items sent back without prior return authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning your original purchase once approved and placing a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
